Shipping & Returns
PAAVO INDIA ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://paavoindia.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
A flat shipping fee of INR 50 is charged for all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. The additional payment for shipping will be included in the final price payable by the customer on delivery.
PAAVO INDIA will happily accept exchanges if the product is damaged or unsuitable for regular use, we must be notified of this within 4 days of receipt of item with image proof of the damage sent to us over email or WhatsApp.
In special situations for undamaged returns, we will issue steps on a case-to-case basis at our discretion and furthermore, will only accpet products returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Once returns are received and have undergone a quality check, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all eligible returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
3. Delivery Terms
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days of receipt of order, and delivered in 7-10 business days.
In the case of situations beyond our control, the shipments can further be delayed but we ensure the delivery will be carried out at the earliest.
We operate during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4. Items Out Of Stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but in case of a stock discrepancy, if we are unable to fulfill all your items at time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
If you change your mind about your order, we are able to accept cancellations only before the order has been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched or received by you, please refer to our return policy.
6. Parcel Damaged Or Lost In-Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. We will process a full refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim or as soon as the parcel is deemed damaged or lost.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
