SLEEP blend is designed to relax the mind and body, inducing a feeling of calmness and sleepiness. The bath salts are a blend of epsom salt, pink salt, real botanicals & flower petals, and essential oils.
Epsom Salt (magnesium sulphate): Heals + softens the skin, eases cramps and stiff joints, relieves irritation
Himalayan pink salt: helps reduce scaling, redness and skin irritations. Has antibacterial + anti-inflammatory properties
French Lavender: helps relax and soothe the mind, relieve feelings of fear, blocked emotions + abandonment issues
Chamomile (Blue): properties include anti-stress + antidepressant. Promotes restful sleep, uplifts moods + calming. Helps lessen pain, soothe inflammation + relieve discomforts
Geranium: calming and tonic properties known to regulate several the respiratory + circulatory functions. Inhaling the scent helps replace negative thoughts with positive ones
Ylang Ylang: known to boost the mood, reduce depression + alleviate anxiety
